All embroidery and sewing works are handmade, making each one unique. Even products of the same design may have slight differences in details and dimensions.
The color of the product in the photo may vary slightly from the actual item due to lighting and monitor display differences.
Please check the condition of the products immediately upon receipt. If you find any damage, scratches, or packaging defects caused by non-human factors or during shipping, please take photos and contact us via the "Contact" button on the top right of the website within seven days. We will confirm the defect or damage and handle the return process as soon as possible.

What’s the difference between in-stock products and made-to-order products?
In-stock products: These items are already available in our inventory.
Made-to-order products: Production begins only after the order is confirmed, so the manufacturing and shipping times are longer.
When will in-stock products be shipped?
After completing your order and payment, in-stock products will be shipped within3 Japanese business daysin the order of received purchases (excluding holidays).
*If your order includes both in-stock and made-to-order products, they will be shipped together once all items are ready. If you prefer faster delivery, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and made-to-order items.
When will made-to-order products be shipped?
Made-to-order products will be shipped within approximately30 Japanese business daysin the order of received purchases (excluding holidays).
Can in-stock and made-to-order products be shipped separately?
Yes, just place separate orders for each.
Can I delay the shipment?
Yes, please specify your desired delayed shipping date in the order notes when placing your order, or feel free to contact us.
What countries can you ship to?
Our shipping location is Japan, and we use EMS for fast shipping, providing tracking numbers.
Shipping fees vary based on the destination country. We currently ship to the following locations: Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, China, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and Germany.

How long does delivery take after shipping?
EMS delivery times vary depending on the destination. Below are the estimated delivery times from Japan:
Taiwan: 2-3 days
Hong Kong: 3-4 days
Macau: 3-4 days
China: approximately 2 to 6 days
South Korea: 3-4 days
Singapore: 2-3 days
Malaysia: 4-5 days
Thailand: 3-4 days
United States: 11-13 days

These times are estimates provided by Japan Post, and actual delivery times may be extended due to customs processing, holidays, or flight delays.
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
Currently, orders cannot be manually modified. Please contact us through the 'Contact' option in the top right corner of our website within one Japanese business day after placing your order. Include your order number and the new delivery address. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply depending on the delivery location.
What if I do not pick up my order in time, or if the product is returned?
We can resend the items for you. Please contact us first and pay the shipping fees again, and we will re-send the product.
What payment methods are available?
We only offer credit cards as a payment option (supporting Visa, MasterCard, JCB), and we do not currently offer installment payment services.
Your credit card information will not be stored on this website and will be managed by a third-party payment platform. For more information, please refer to our隱私權政策.
Can I return the product after receiving it?
We only accept returns for defective items (for example, damage or scratches caused by factors other than human error, or packaging damage during transport).
We do not accept returns for any reasons other than defects, such as color differences in photos or items not meeting expectations.
What should I do if I receive a defective item?
If the product you received has any defects, please take a photo immediately and contact us within 7 Japanese business days through any of the following channels:
(1) Send a message via the "contact" option in the top right corner of our website.
(2) Send a direct message on Instagram.
(3) Email us at morinoco-create@gmail.com.
Please provide the following information in your message:
(1) Order number
(2) Name, shipping address, and contact email address.
(3) Reason for the return
If your item has a defect, we may request photos of its condition for assessment. Once the defect or damage is confirmed, we will proceed with the return process.
