【Custom Order】Handmade Embroidery \ Embroidery Hoop Decor

This custom service is designed for embroidering a specified animal or pet, which will be framed in an embroidery hoop as a one-of-a-kind decoration. Please read the following details carefully to ensure your order meets the requirements.

Embroidery Custom Order Instructions

Embroidery Scope and Details

✓ Embroidery Size – The standard size is 10.5 cm × 6 cm. The design will be adjusted slightly based on the artwork.
✓ Custom Order Content – This order includes embroidery of one animal. If you wish to add more animals, please contact us first to discuss and confirm the pricing before placing your order.
✓ Background Design – Floral and plant backgrounds are included in the design, and we are unable to substitute them with other elements.
✓ Design Style – The embroidery style is non-realistic, with a focus on the full-body depiction of the animal. Please refer to past works before placing your order.

Other Customization Options

✓ Fabric Selection – You can choose your preferred fabric.
✓ Text Embroidery (Add-on Option) – You can add custom text, including up to 15 characters of letters, numbers, or punctuation, for an additional cost of 500 NTD.

Order Instructions

△ Handmade Characteristics – Each item is completely hand-sewn, so the design and the finished product may slightly differ.
△ No Reproduction of Past Works – To maintain the uniqueness of each piece, all custom embroidery designs are one-of-a-kind and will not be reproduced.
△ Copyright and Customization Limitations – We do not accept embroidery requests based on copyrighted characters or other people's works.
△ Final Confirmation Before Production – Once the draft is confirmed, no further changes or exchanges can be made.

➯ Discussion Period: Please reply to the discussion message within 7 days after placing the order. If no reply is received, the order will be considered abandoned.
➯ Work Display: The finished piece may be used for public display. If you do not wish for your custom design to be shown, please inform the designer in advance.

Custom Embroidery Order Process

Step 1｜Place an Order & Contact
✓ After completing your order, please contact me via Instagram DM (@morinoco_create) or Email (morinoco.create@gmail.com) to discuss the customization details.

Step 2｜Provide Reference Materials
✓ You can specify your preferred animals and floral elements as the embroidery theme.
✓ If ordering a pet embroidery, please provide at least 3–5 clear full-body photos to ensure the essence and unique features of your pet are captured.

Step 3｜Design & Confirmation
✓ Once the details are confirmed, you will receive a design draft within 7 business days.
✓ Up to 2 minor revisions can be made. Additional revisions will incur a fee of 100 NTD per change.
✓ To ensure a smooth process, please provide all revision requests at once to avoid missing or conflicting messages.

Step 4｜Production & Shipping
✓ After finalizing the design, the embroidery will be completed and shipped within 30 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
